Farm users can use spare cash on farms and so could afford to use these slow, but incredibly efficient, sends. These bloon sends were giving farm income too much of an advantage over bloon income. This is to allow a bigger window for sending rushes like BFBs before the hero abilities become available to counter them. This means that it will take longer for heroes to reach level 10 and unlock their ability, but the time it takes to reach level 20 will remain approximately the same.
